When spring
is finally here, the snow has melted and the birds of spring
have returned.This is the time to begin to plan your PICNICS for
the summer season.
Let us show you and your friends just how wonderful a PICNIC at
Shady Pines can be. We offer many great meal plans and
activities for you and your guests at Shady Pines.
If you are planning on having your PICNIC here for the first
time or have had previous engagements in the past, please have a
safe and enjoyable time. We are looking forward to serving you
and your guests again. Do not hesitate to call us for all
of your future engagements. Call early to reserve the best
possible dates.
Picnic
Guidelines
The following guidelines have been established to
ensure you and your
guests have an enjoyable picnic at Shady Pines.
1. Day picnics are from 11am - 5pm, unless otherwise stated.
2. No pets allowed at Picnics!
3. All picnic guests must register at the office upon arriving
at the
campground. No Trespassing.
4. Please obey our 5 m.p.h. speed limit.
5. All picnic guests have limited use of the campground
facilities. Please
follow all the RULES
(posted or otherwise stated), and ENJOY our facilities:
6. Trash & butt cans have been placed throughout the campground.
Please
use them while you are on
the property.
7. We have the use of 2 different pavilions for your Picnics.

The Open Pavilion in the Safari field, may
be rented with a security deposit of $25.00 & a minimum of 25
people. This pavilion can accommodate up to 150 people.
Rates: $4.00/Adult - $3.00/Children
(7 to 14 yrs) . Free 6 & under.

The Main Rec. Hall pavilion, may be
rented with a security deposit of $50.00 and a minimum of 40
people. The Rec. Hall Pavilion is only used for Shady Pines
catered events such as: Company Picnics, Class & Family
reunions, Baby & Bridal Showers, Weddings & Anniversaries.
Accommodate up to 250 people.
