About Us

They moved their young family up to live in Savoy in 1968 and opened
the campground in 1971. A lot of hard work went into the design
and building of everything here at the campground. The buildings,
the roads, the campsites, the swimming pool and playground were
all put together by Bill & Edna, and their children, Michael (16),
Linda (13), Steven (12), and Susan (11), all working as hard as they
could. The goal of their hard work was to bring campers
the best campground in Berkshire County. They did it...

Please come up and enjoy the comforts of Shady Pines as countless
campers have done over the decades.
Seven and his wife, Diane,
along with their children, Nicholas, Mitchell, Allison and Rebecca
are the next generation working to bring   the campers the best
campground in Berkshire County today. They are striving to improve
all aspects of the campground now and into the future. Please enjoy
   your stay.
